The Filter Package I--[Other/Offset] functions differently than most all other of Our Filter Action Packages and it is a huge set. Some commands that are in Adobe Photoshop that are somewhat similar to the actions in this 'for purchase' [Filter Package I] are found under the Filters' 'fall/fold' menu as 'Filter/Other/Offset'.
Offsets represent move functions or manipulations of images or of image selections from one location to another or these are moved automatically to other locations by exact increments. We designed Our actions to 'move' images or opaque image selections and active selections to eight directions. The straight directions are North, East, West and South or [News] and the other directions are 'Diagonally' or 'North-East', 'North-West', 'South-East' and 'South-West'.
