This action sets' Feature Action is a single action that has very many internal code commands. The action is easily 'played' on an opened stack. The action will simply copy each layer on the opened stack and paste the copied layer onto the same stack and on top of the original copied layer.
Using this action process on a 'proper' stack will keep the stack 'proper' but the layers will be mixed after the stack is processed. There are 'Count And Rename Layers On Shuffled Stacks' Actions in the action set that will sequence order back the stacks' layers after action processing.
